We want you to be completely satisfied. If Sentinel MT doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward 14-day money-back guarantee.

The Short Version

Request a refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked. Provide your Order ID. We process it within 5 business days.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us via our contact form
  2. Include your Order ID (from your purchase confirmation email)
  3. We'll confirm receipt and process your refund within 5 business days

Refunds are processed through Paddle, your original payment processor. The refund will appear on the same payment method used for the purchase.

Important Notes

  • The 14-day period starts from the date of purchase, not the date of activation
  • Refund requests after 14 days will not be honored, except as required by applicable law
  • Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated
  • One refund per customer per product
